Redwood Hostel Blog rises again

Since this is a blog primarily about my writing life, I suppose I could mention that the blog my wife and I maintained for several years has been restored.  When we managed the Redwood Hostel, way up in Redwood National Park, we kept the blog to detail our various goings on there: power outages, road closures, what we sold in our store, being named #1 hostel in the world–that sort of thing.

For two years the blog disappeared, primarily due to it being a pay service and with no hostel, there wasn’t anyone who wanted to pay the monthly fee to keep it up.  But Kaci recently contacted the blog service and they made it live for a few days, just long enough for me to transfer it all to wordpress.  So, yeah.  If you have any interest in reading about our adventures running a hostel in a rural area, click the photo to check it out:
