(1) So this novel has a soundtrack. And no, it’s not me writing a bunch of songs that are somewhat related to the storyline. It is a powerhouse line-up of Various Artists sharing “music from and inspired by” the novel. Details and some of the featured bands here.
(2) I was trying to contact Paris Hilton to see if she would do a blurb for the book (seeing as she is the Paris mentioned in the title). Looking at her website I saw a contest to add her photo to my picture. I thought it might be one way to get her attention. And what do you know–I was one of the winners! Full story here.
(3) Yes, it’s true. The novel cover has been released. The image, designed by Paul Forristal, is an allusion to the pulp novels of the 1940s and 50s. Information and image here.
